Residential windows and doors that meet the ENERGY STAR ratings are tax exempt in the State of Connecticut per a Home Weatherization program. Additional products such as storm doors and replacement style windows may qualify for Federal Tax Credits as well. For more details, refer to the State of Connecticut or Energy Star websites.

We stock limited quantities and sizes of VELUX skylights as well as the EDL flashing kits (3/12 to 12/12 pitch) needed for installation. Stock units are with Comfort Tempered Low E glass. Stock sizes are as follows:
Fixed Skylights: FS104, FS106, FS108, FS304, FS306, FS308
Venting Skylights: VS104, VS106, VS108, VS304, VS306, VS308
