Returns will be accepted within (60) sixty days of original purchase and must be accompanied by original Chapman Lumber receipt or invoice. No exceptions.
In store, warehouse and yard items are subject to a restocking charge. Special order items are subject to the vendors restocking charges from 10% to 50% plus shipping charges. Custom made or made-to-order special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, and can not be exchanged or canceled within 24 hours of original purchase date.
